Our Work Packages
A structured approach to transforming tourism
The SEEDS & SKILLS project is strategically designed across five core Work Packages (WPs). Each phase is carefully planned to ensure the successful eco-social transformation of the tourism sector, from initial research to practical training and community action.
How We Bring SEEDS & SKILLS to Life
Behind every successful project is strong coordination. We ensure seamless communication, quality monitoring, and responsible budget management among our six European partners, keeping the project on track from start to finish.
We begin by analyzing successful regenerative tourism models and identifying green skills gaps across partner countries. Through surveys and consultations with educators and professionals, we build a Competence Framework and a strategic Roadmap aligned with real labor market needs.
We translate research into action through a multilingual e-learning platform featuring scrollytelling case studies, real-world simulations, and an interactive map of regenerative tourism itineraries co-created by our learners.
We establish local Action Circles across our five partner countries, bringing together tourism businesses, community representatives, and educators. Through international roundtables, stakeholders co-create a shared Regenerative Tourism Manifesto with actionable policy recommendations.
